YD Architectural Drafting Services works with builders and developers from our Avondale Heights office. You deal with us directly. Drawings are prepared to your templates, title blocks and drawing standards, and to Australian residential planning and building documentation practice.
The aim is straightforward: add drafting capacity, and keep the standard of the set. Final scope and price are confirmed with you before work starts.
Overflow
Send work when your internal team is at capacity. We pick up production drawings for that batch and hand them back to your standard.
Ongoing capacity
For a regular monthly workload, we can take part or all of your residential drafting and hold a preferential rate.
Your standards
We work to your templates, title blocks and drawing conventions, so the documentation sits with the rest of your set.
Production drafting fees
Standard fees for typical production houses. Custom and higher-complexity homes start from the figures shown. Architectural and luxury homes are quoted once we have seen the brief.

Medium-density and townhouse work can use the same arrangement when the documentation load rises and falls with the project. That work is quoted from the brief, not forced into the standard house rates above.
